Welcome, all you gossip mongers, you have yet another season of Big Boss to talk about for the next 3 months. Big Boss kicked off on the small screen with a bang on 17th Aug on Colors, the Hindi entertainment channel from Viacom(the company having cases against You Tube for right violations.) Am sure all you guys who diligently watched the 1st series are geared up to catch up the action in the second season.
This time the show is hosted by the diva of reality shows, Shilpa Shetty herself, who won the UK based Big Brother. She would play the role Arshad Warsi played in the previous season. It is said that she is being paid a whooping sum of 9 crores for hosting this season. The winner who survives in the house till the end gets a cash prize of 75 lakhs.

Rahul Mahajan: The controversial rahul mahajan is the most interesting peice ni the house, he speaks shudh hindi, acted like a real estate agent on the first day volunteering to show the house to all those who came in after him, and he is trying to be super good which makes him funny and irritating.
Monica Bedi: Ripped off all her dignity in the court trials, she will be the most competent participant, she is maintaining her cool beautifully, and looks like would go a long way.
Ketki Dave:The kyuki saas...ararara lady, well the oldest of the lot, she is infact acting as the Amma of all, its funny, she said, 'actually i was the first to come into the house' to all the other 13 participants, and started with her dadagiri right from minute 1. She seemed pretty jovial on screen, but looks very artificial here.
Sanjay Nirupam : The once number 2 man in Shiv Sena, and now a Congressman is playing a gamble here, his political and personal impression is at stake out here, lets see what do we get to see from him, he is doing some subtle netagiri now, which is not very visible but might get nasty later.
Rakhi Tandon: Remember Sweety singing a song before opening the door everytime, in 'Hum Panch' yes, she is here, she looks a bit old and doesnt really portray her comic self. Lets see, how does it go with her, she looks like one Carol Gracious of this season. Monica is another competent, she's being herself in the game.
Jade Goody: Yeah the same Goody who abused Shilpa at Big Brother, is here to do something good to her ruined impression due to the last years ruccus she created. She is gonna be the poor gal being slaughtered now and then, lets watch.
Sambhavana Seth: The Helen of bhojpuri movies, fat, slutty and cheap, supposedly here to get the Rakhi Sawant effect, well rakhi was much better than her, but this damsel is surely gonig to add good juice to the game. You have to see her glueing to Jade, yuhahahaa.... shes crazy.
Ashutosh Kaushik: Yeah the MTV roadies winner, he is too cool, greeted everybody with a Ram Ram Bhaiyaji on the fist meet, and talks straight, he is another good contender for the throne. He has a raw UP wala accent, owns a dhaba in UP, and is a good entertainer
Ehsaan Qureshi: Yes Yes, the jaaaaaaaaaaaaan of Laughter Challenge. He is just to bring in the I cannot hurt anybody figure in the begining, to glue up everybody together, doesnt seem like he will sustain for long, but you never know, harmless people are the best in this game.
Zulfi Syed: Hes here to bring in the model dude, Aryan Vaid charm back to the show, whom the young gurls will vouch for, and i guess he will do the task well.
Payal Rohatgi: Has come in many adds, Nirma, Cadburys veing a few, was seen in 36 China Town, Dhol, etc, she looks like the most balanced among all Monica competing for this again. She is currently the interpretor for Goody, this adds some advantage to her kitty though.
Elina Wadia: Shes the youngest, not a celebrity among the rest, shes too straightforward, loves shopping, and dating men, am sure some guys are going to fall for her and shes going to fall for Zulfi etc etc, guess that is why shes there for.
Debojit Saha: The 2005 Sa Re Ga Ma Pa winner, is a loser in this game I feel, he doesnt have a charm, isnt attached to any controversy, I just cannot understand what masala is he gonig to add to this game.
Raja Choudhari: The loser husband of TV actor Sweta Tiwari, who files a case of domestic violence against him is worth the denial, he started his step in this show by saying 'kisi aurat ke pehlu mein kafi waqt dabe rehna kya hota hai mujhse poochiye' and acts like SRk and is maha dramebaaj.

- No contacts with the outer world for the next 3 months, no mobiles, no television, no watches.
- Housemates will be given weekly or daily task to earn their weekly budget to buy food to survive in the house.
- Every week housemated get to vote out two of their peers, and then one of them is saved by the public voting.
- The one who survives till the end wins.
