What to look for: Anu Malik is one of the most unpredictable music directors of Bollywood. He can come out with 'original' albums in which each song has an identity of its own. He can also come out with only-one-hit-song albums like 'Janam Samjha Karo' and 'China Gate'. This album falls in the latter category. The only song worth listening to is the title track, which is quite catchy and doing the rounds on TV and FM these days. The album effectively has 4 songs only with the other 3 being remixes. For people who enjoy ghazals 'Ek To Sharab Kum' might sound appealing.

Album's Pulse:

Maan Gaye Mughal-E-Azam, Title track:

The title track is quite catchy. The kinds that you can listen to when driving and elsewhere. Not the kind of song you would play in a disc or pub.

Marmari Baahein:

This track is also nice. The track is soft with peppy beats.

And here is the remix of the same.

The Others:

Ek To Sharab Kum:

This track is a ghazal by Pankaj Udhas. So, for all you ghazal lovers here's something to listen to.

Ishqaiyaan:

This track is a little boring.Definitely not a contender for the top songs of this week.

Verdict: The album is not worth being made part of your DVD collection. The music is timepass though.
