Hello folks... after ages huh... dont think that i was so moved by this movie that i couldnt stay aways from CT :D nopes... its just that i had the time and was missing writing here for a while.... so am trying to be back in the circuit.... dont know... only if i pass a few posts.. i will claim to be back :D .... now to the movie...
Not being a very big fan of sequels... was a bit reluctant on watching this one, keeping in mind this one is not even at par with its likes say spiderman... well bieng a robert downey jr fan, i was not at all disappointed.
Yes the movie is a bit drag in the first half, you dont want to spend one half of a Marvel adaption watching Tony Stark do the cha-cha in his iron man suit.... lookes like they were trying to create room for another sequel... where rhodie takes it off from this one :D ...
Well this one is a good watch for all the iron man fans and d newbies alike... yes the earlier fans would enjoy the conversations between pepperpots and tony a lil more... add to it a lil more zing by the new assistant played by scarlette johanasson (nannies diaries.. scoop... match point ... girl with a pearl earing..girl.. ).. oh yess she looks chic stright out of a charlies angel costume store... and carrys a playful sexy bimbette role well... and theres a funny scene where she gets to kick some ass left n right, breaking bones and flying across corridors... overall shes a good(read ) addition to the sequel...
conversations between tony stark and pepper pots is fun as always... they successfully add those fun rom-com moments to this flick series ... a lil disapponitment is change in cast of rhodie... the earlier one looked more like a army man... this one looks like this serious sidekick.. aiming to be morgan freeman in his old age :P...
what to look for... iron man enjoying the fame and claiming on privatizing world peace... nd the cha-cha-cha... pepper pots becoming the ceo of stark industries... tony stark is dying... and a rourke comes up with a new suit to battle iron man...
overall ... first half .. you will have to tolerate... actions .. not so impressive .... but his lab looks more classy than before.... not a waste of money... fine watch ... one time.. definitely....
